Curriculum & Progression
Semi-structured (flexible framework)
Draws on the Lecoq and Keith Johnstone approaches to theatre, combined with outcomes devised from James's own theatre work. Covers scriptwriting, scene analysis, monologues and duologues, ensemble work, improvisation, mime, public speaking and storytelling.
Learning Outcomes
Children build stage presence, public speaking and storytelling skills, and learn to interpret characters, time comedy, work with props and listen and respond in an ensemble. Along the way they gain creativity, teamwork and self-confidence.
About
