What a class looks like
Most sessions open with a short dry-land warm-up to prepare the body. Children then move into the pool for an hour of coached swimming practice, which may include swimming with and without fins.

About
Help your child build confidence and technique in the water with small, steady steps. Each group session starts with a short dry-land warm-up to get little bodies ready, then moves into a full hour of coached swimming in the pool. Choose from three Dubai venues (Ambassador International School, Raffles International School or Al Nasr Club) and fit lessons around your week, with weekday evening and Saturday options. Suited to children who already have some swimming skills.
Before your first class
Arrive a few minutes before the session starts so your child is ready on time, and check which venue your chosen day is held at.
