I took my 5 year old for a class with Miss Jane. My daughter is a very shy and introverted kid, but Miss Jane was able to encourage her out of her shell through play and fun activities, all while learning phonics. I feel like she advanced even with one session, and at home she is more interested in trying to read and she approaches reading using the techniques taught by Miss Jane. Highly recommend it. Only negative feedback would be that the space is rather cramped and messy, but the kids don't seem to mind!
