If you’re looking for an amazing program your child will love, you have come to the right place! Children arrive at My Gym, eyes wide with wonder, and leave smiling and spent. Large, open spaces, specially-designed equipment, teachers who are big kids themselves and a program filled with fun. What’s not to love! The first and original My Gym in Hong Kong opened in Central in 2003, followed quickly by our second in Tsim Sha Tsui. Twenty years in Hong Kong and counting, these two My Gyms have welcomed thousands of families through our doors, offering gymnastics-based development classes for young children. My Gym was originally founded in California in 1983, born out of a passion to teach children in a fun and physically engaging environment. Our award-winning program has consistently been ranked the No.1 children’s program worldwide. Combining sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology and gymnastics, My Gym aims to nurture children of all abilities by building their confidence through meaningful play. Today, My Gym has over 600 locations in more than 30 countries. Our My Gym Children’s Fitness Centers in Wong Chuk Hang and Tsim Sha Tsui offer programs for children ranging from 0 to 6 years old. Delivering a curriculum created by My Gym U.S., highly-trained and nurturing teachers design and teach structured lessons in a safe and child-friendly play-gym environment, providing little ones with the opportunity to grow at their own pace and gain in physical and emotional confidence. Regular interaction with other children and adults also promotes flexibility and adaptability, preparing them well as they begin their pre-school journey. My Gym children learn more about themselves as they develop their physical capability, independence, self-discipline, social skills and even a sense of humour, all of which boost their self-confidence. A child who feels good about him/herself has a jumpstart on the path to success.
