About
A 5-day culinary camp where junior bakers learn essential kitchen skills, science, math, and creativity to create delicious dishes from around the world. Each day, kids make two different recipes — from sweet corn cheese bread to fresh egg pasta and Dubai chocolate mochi. At the end of the week, participants receive a folder of recipes they learned.
Before your first class
Arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in. The menu is subject to minor changes as recipes are tested in May, but the theme and cuisine type will remain the same.
