What a class looks like
Starter/Beginner is introduced to basic ballet positions and early posture; Intermediate and Advanced students train in classical technique under the Vaganova Method, progressing in precision, body control, musicality and artistry.

Suits children aged 3–12 as a supporting discipline to rhythmic gymnastics, from first-time ballet exposure through to advanced technical training. Optional online examinations based on the Vaganova Method are available for progress milestones.

About
A ballet programme following the Vaganova Method, an essential supporting discipline for Rhythmic Gymnastics that builds posture, alignment, musicality, body control and artistic expression. Starts with a Ballet Intro for Starter/Beginner students and progresses to full Technical Ballet at Intermediate and Advanced levels, led by a coach with international training experience, including at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow.
Before your first class
Hair must be styled in a tight high bun (ponytails are not allowed); ballet-appropriate attire is required.
