What a class looks like
Children begin with calming breathwork exercises to settle in, then explore the science and magic of crystals through guided activities. The session wraps up with a creative craft project where kids make their own magical creations to take home.

Children aged 6–10 who enjoy creative, calming activities and are curious about mindfulness, crystals, and crafts. No prior experience needed.
Curriculum & Progression
Themed units (rotating)
A rotating themed curriculum combining mindfulness breathwork, crystal science exploration, and hands-on creative crafts.
Learning Outcomes
Breath awareness and relaxation techniques, basic understanding of crystal properties, creative crafting skills, and improved focus and calm.

A mindful summer camp where children aged 6–10 explore calming breathwork, discover the science and magic of crystals, and craft their own magical creations. Each session encourages relaxation, creativity, and inner calm in a supportive group setting.
Before your first class
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Comfortable clothing recommended for breathwork and crafting activities.
