Each class begins with a bow to demonstrate respect, followed by warm-up exercises that young children can follow. Instructors then teach the purpose of martial arts and the value of respect. The session focuses on self-control, teaching students to sit properly, stand still, and maintain their focus through age-appropriate drills.

固定課程大綱
Structured program focusing on respect, self-control, and basic martial arts foundations. Uses colored belts to recognize progress and sorts students into skill levels. Instructors include National Team players who emphasize correct technique from the start.

Improved focus and listening skills, self-discipline, respect for others, basic understanding of martial arts purpose, ability to sit properly and stand still, early development of confidence and strong-mindedness.

專為3至5歲小朋友而設嘅跆拳道課程，訓練專注力、聆聽能力同自律。每堂由鞠躬行禮開始，然後做熱身。小朋友會學到武術嘅意義同尊重嘅價值，包括鞠躬、雙手奉物，以及稱呼教練為 Sir 或 Ma'am。課程著重自我控制，學識坐得定、企得穩，保持專注。收費：單堂 HK$310；Basic 4堂 HK$1,160（每堂 HK$290）；Plus 8堂 HK$2,240（每堂 HK$280）；Premium 12堂 HK$3,240（每堂 HK$270）；Elite 24堂 HK$6,000（每堂 HK$250）；無限堂 HK$3,200/月。
第一堂準備
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Children can wear any sports wear for trial classes. Bring a water bottle and be ready to encourage your child to follow the instructor's guidance on respect and discipline.

Sports wear for trial classes. Full uniform ($400) or Cheung Do Kwan T-shirt ($150) and Taekwondo pants required once joining regularly.
