Classes begin with warm-up exercises followed by cardiovascular and strength training drills. Students practice Taekwondo techniques with detailed instruction from instructors. The session includes skill-appropriate challenges to boost confidence, with colored belt progress tracking and opportunities to learn respect and discipline through structured martial arts training.

固定課程大綱
Structured program with detailed instruction on Taekwondo techniques. Uses colored belts to recognize progress and sort students into skill levels. Includes cardiovascular and strength training with leadership development opportunities. Instructors include National Team players.

專為6至9歲小朋友而設嘅跆拳道課程，透過帶氧同肌力訓練提升體能。課堂同練習生動有趣，以彩帶級別記錄進度同分班。喺呢個關鍵成長階段，課程提供適當挑戰，幫小朋友建立自信。隨住表達能力提升，學員會全面學習跆拳道技術，同時著重尊重同紀律。
第一堂準備
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Children can wear any sports wear for trial classes. Bring a water bottle and encourage your child to listen carefully to technique instructions.

Sports wear for trial classes. Full uniform ($400) or Cheung Do Kwan T-shirt ($150) and Taekwondo pants required once joining regularly.
