A single circus trial class costs HK$400. Bundled Development trials that pair one circus class with an RG Intermediate or Advanced class, or with a Boys Athletic Bootcamp, are also HK$400 and must be completed within two weeks of payment.

What a class looks like
Each two-hour session opens with 30 minutes of body preparation — joint mobilisation, strength and conditioning, functional flexibility, coordination and a creative acting warm-up. The remaining 90 minutes cover prop skills and creative practice, including fundamental techniques, object-control drills, skill combinations, flow work and mini presentation routines. Props rotate through the programme so children experience different movement patterns and coordination challenges.

Best for children aged 6+ who enjoy movement, object manipulation and creative performance; no previous circus experience is required and students develop at their own pace. Note that current scheduled classes run at a mixed Intermediate and Advanced level.

Curriculum & Progression
Semi-structured (flexible framework)
The programme follows a clear progression built on four principles — skills before speed, progressive step-by-step learning, exploration within structure, and progress over pressure. Props rotate throughout so students meet a range of movement and coordination challenges.
Learning Outcomes
Children build hand-eye coordination, bilateral thinking, spatial awareness, focus, memory and creativity, alongside confidence, resilience and presentation skills they can show on stage.

About
A structured two-hour group circus class for children aged 6 and above, combining object manipulation, movement, coordination, creative exploration and performance skills. Children rotate through props including silk fans, poi, juggling balls, levitation wand, hoops and clubs while building hand-eye coordination, focus, creativity and stage confidence. Current classes run at a mixed Intermediate and Advanced level; no previous circus experience is required to start.
