What a class looks like
Children train in small groups of up to 16 per coach, grouped by age together with ability and experience — new starters are assessed over their first few sessions and placed in the class that best matches their playing level. Each session builds core football skills such as movement and agility, ball control, teamwork, defending and tackling, tactical awareness and match strategy, delivered in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. As players' skills and match understanding develop, they have the opportunity to move up into a more advanced group over time.

Built around the club's four foundation pillars: technical, psychological, physical and social development, with content adapted for each age tier.
Learning Outcomes
Age-appropriate football skills, coordination, tactical understanding and teamwork, progressing from basic ball skills at the youngest ages to more advanced technical and tactical play for older players.

About
HK Dragons FC's core weekly football training programme for children and teens, spanning three age tiers — Little Dragons (youngest beginners), Junior Dragons (mid-age) and Senior Dragons (older/more experienced players, including the Colts group for U17–U18). Classes run at multiple venues across Discovery Bay, Pui O and Stanley, with once- or twice-a-week options at most venues.
