What a class looks like

Class opens with a hello song to settle you and your little one on the mat. The main activity depends on age: gentle massage and sensory play for the youngest babies, baby yoga and tummy time for early movers, music-led movement for crawlers, and toddler yoga and action songs for new walkers. Each session winds down with a calm song, cuddles and a goodbye.

👨‍👩‍👧Must be accompanied by caretaker

Right for your child?

Suits babies and toddlers from newborn to 2 years, and parents or carers who want a warm, social space with guided, play-based support for each stage. Choose the colour group that matches your child's age.

Curriculum & Progression

Semi-structured (flexible framework)

Four colour-coded levels follow a baby's development: calming touch and bonding (Red), baby yoga-inspired stretching and coordination (Orange), movement, music and sensory play for early mobility (Yellow), and toddler yoga, songs and movement for growing independence (Green).

Learning Outcomes

Stronger parent-baby bonding, better head and neck control, rolling, sitting, crawling and walking skills, plus growing coordination, communication and confidence.

Multiple levels (e.g. Beginner → Advanced)

About

Weekly development-focused parent-and-baby classes for ages 0–2, colour-coded by age so your little one is always with the right group. Little Red (0–2 months) is a gentle introduction to touch and bonding through infant massage and sensory play. Little Orange (2–6 months) adds baby yoga and movement to build head and neck control, rolling and sitting. Little Yellow (6–12 months) uses movement, music and sensory play to support crawling and pulling to stand. Little Green (1–2 years) is big movement for busy toddlers, with toddler yoga, songs and plenty of room to practise walking.

Before your first class

Arrive a few minutes early so your little one can settle in, and feed or change them beforehand if you can. Adults need to wear socks at Baumhaus in Wan Chai.

What to bring

Your regular nappy bag. Mat and all equipment provided. For babies under 3 months, a swaddle or familiar soother can help. Adults wear socks at the Wan Chai venue.
