What a class looks like

Classes begin with a bow and reciting the 6 Kung Fu virtues, followed by warm-up and strength conditioning. Children then practise basic forms and techniques through pad work and fun Wing Chun games, ending with a closing discussion and final bow.

Children aged 3–6 who are ready to follow structured routines and enjoy active, game-based learning. A trial class is recommended to assess readiness.

A 10-week rotating curriculum with a different theme each week, while maintaining a consistent class structure so children know what to expect.

About

A 10-week curriculum designed for preschoolers to develop coordination, agility, flexibility, and core strength through fun Wing Chun games. Children learn basic posture, stance, guard, and centreline theory in a structured, respectful environment that builds self-esteem and social skills.

Arrive a few minutes early so your child can settle in. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
