What a class looks like

Children arrive to a set of intentionally created wellbeing spaces and choose what their minds and bodies need, from calming sensory play and quiet making to stories, gentle sounds and mindful movement. Teachers guide short moments of reflection on how rest feels and which calming strategies work for each child, with time simply to rest.

👋Drop-off

Right for your child?

Especially suited to children who feel tired, overstimulated or anxious about returning to school, and to those who regulate best with quiet, sensory or movement-based activities.

Curriculum & Progression

Freeform / play-based

A child-led, low-pressure programme of wellbeing spaces where children choose their own activities, with gentle teacher-guided reflection on rest, regulation strategies and the transition into a new year.

Learning Outcomes

Children learn that rest takes many forms, strengthen their personal regulation strategies for busy or overwhelming days at school, and reflect on gratitude and hopes for the new year.

About

A calm three-morning wellbeing camp that helps children decompress after the excitement of the festive season. Children choose from sensory spaces, quiet making, process art, stories, gentle sound, calming visuals and mindful movement, and discover that rest can look different for everyone. Teachers help them revisit personal calming strategies and gently welcome the new year through memories, gratitude and looking ahead.

Before your first class

Dress children in comfortable clothes they can relax in, and let the team know about any comfort items or regulation strategies that help your child.
