What a class looks like
Sessions begin with a warm-up and conditioning, followed by age-appropriate jiu jitsu techniques, partner drills, and team games. Little Grapplers focus on coordination and balance through play; younger kids build discipline and teamwork through structured challenges; older kids develop advanced techniques, mental grit, and competition readiness. All classes end with a cool-down, leaving children calm, focused, and confident.
