What a class looks like

Each session runs for 75 minutes from 13:00 to 14:15. Children learn basic boxing techniques and self-protection skills through guided drills and exercises, with a strong emphasis on discipline and healthy lifestyle habits.

About

A multi-day summer boxing camp for kids aged 7–13. Over 12 sessions, children learn fundamental boxing techniques, self-protection skills, and build discipline through a structured, small-group programme. Maximum 6 students per class ensures personalised attention from a former Hong Kong Team boxer.

Before your first class

Arrive 10 minutes early to get changed and wrap hands. Bring a water bottle, comfortable sportswear, and a small towel. Boxing gloves and wraps are usually provided.
