本會致力推動體育活動，提供多項專業課程包括游泳、潛水及健身等； 體育運動為個人健康和提高個人自信為目標，希望從運動當中鍛鍊身體、 身心健康，並提高人們尊嚴和自信心，增進人與人之間溝通和友誼。 我們追求優秀的教學質素，有耐心照顧不同程度和需要。除此之外，在教導中給予學生勇氣和訓練膽量，增強小朋友自信心，在課堂中也培養聆聽和溝通技巧。泳於求生，在游泳中學習自救求生技能是不可或缺的一環！ 本會已於香港警務處註冊為合法社團 Black Shark is a Hong Kong children's swimming programme for kids aged 2 and up, including nervous or previously unsuccessful swimmers. It teaches without flotation aids using a non-traditional, small-group method, with fixed coaches, clear progression and a post-class summary for parents. Lessons run at public pools across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
