What a class looks like
Each student plays on their own acoustic drum kit while Dave demonstrates techniques and exercises on a separate kit. Students then practise the exercises with hands-on guidance, building skills step by step at their own level.

Right for your child?
A great fit for kids who want focused one-on-one attention, with a shorter 30-minute format for ages 6–8. The shared lesson suits two friends or siblings at a similar playing level.
Max 2 per class
Curriculum & Progression
Semi-structured (flexible framework)
Lessons are built around learning basic techniques which are consolidated by exercises demonstrated by the teacher, then practised by the student at their own level. The curriculum has been developed over many years of teaching experience and is supported by video demonstrations, recorded by Dave, which can be used as practice play-alongs or reminders of each lesson.
Learning Outcomes
Builds drumming technique, coordination and musical confidence, with chances to perform at student shows and jam sessions.
All levels welcome
