What a class looks like
Children explore a curated sensory environment with process art stations, gentle yoga, and mindfulness activities. The session is open-ended, allowing little ones to move freely between activities while parents stay close. Each session runs for 1 hour with a maximum of 12 participants.

A 1-hour session of open-ended exploration through sensory play, process art, yoga, and mindfulness.
