What a class looks like
Each session begins with a warm-up and group greeting, followed by guided gymnastics circuits and obstacle courses tailored to the children's age group. Parents or caretakers actively participate alongside their child, helping them navigate equipment and encouraging social interaction with other families. Sessions end with a cool-down and free play time.

Curriculum & Progression

About
A parent or caretaker-assisted gymnastics class designed for toddlers who are walking independently. Through engaging gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, and social challenges, little ones develop motor skills, social confidence, and cognitive growth while bonding with their caregiver in a fun, supportive environment.
Before your first class
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Children should wear comfortable clothing and be walking independently. Parents should wear comfortable clothes suitable for active participation.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing for both child and parent. Water bottle.
