What a class looks like

A typical session begins with an inspiring introduction to the day’s theme. Students will look closely at inspiration images, materials, and stories, then share ideas and prepare their own imaginative responses. The main part of the session is hands-on making. Depending on the activity, students might carve a small stone object, design and print a lino image, experiment with prismatic magnification, build a structure from natural materials, or create a modern sculpture. Each session finishes with time to reflect on their own creations. Throughout the week, students’ individual works will gradually contribute to The Museum of Unseen Worlds, the camp’s final small exhibition.
